All orders are processed within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. For international orders, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with your order.
- Delivery times for international shipments may vary and can be affected by customs delays.
6. Damages
Harry Dean is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Missing or Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Harry Dean is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
